My name is Tanya Hall, and I am running for Vallejo City Council, District 5 because our district deserves dedicated, accountable leadership that puts residents first. As a lifetime resident of District 5, I love this community deeply. I understand the unique character of our neighborhoods, and I know firsthand the challenges our city faces. Professionally, I am a retired career transition specialist. Throughout my career, my job was to help people navigate change, solve complex problems, and find paths forward to a better future. I am ready to bring that exact same problem-solving mindset and dedication to City Hall. My campaign is built on a clear commitment to proactive, common-sense solutions for Vallejo: Fiscal Responsibility: Ensuring smart, responsible budget decisions that protect tax dollars while maintaining essential city services. Neighborhood Investment: Securing equitable funding to improve our local streets, parks, public safety, and infrastructure across District 5. Community Transparency: Fostering genuine, open communication between local residents and city government so every voice is heard. I am ready to roll up my sleeves and do the hard work required to build a safer, stronger, and more prosperous Vallejo for all of us. I look forward to meeting you on the campaign trail and would be deeply honored to earn your vote.
